Disney’s Aladdin JR. is based on the 1992 Academy Award®-winning film and the 2014 hit Broadway show about the “diamond in the rough” street rat who learns that his true worth lies deep within.
The story you know and love has been given the royal treatment! Aladdin and his three friends, Babkak, Omar, and Kassim, are down on their luck until Aladdin discovers a magic lamp and the Genie who has the power to grant three wishes. Wanting to earn the respect of the princess, Jasmine, Aladdin embarks on an adventure that will test his will and his moral character. With expanded characters, new songs, and more thrills, this new adaptation of the beloved story will open up “a whole new world” for your young performers!

Auditions are on August 28th from 3:30-6:00 pm. There will be an open rehearsal on August 26th from 4:00-5:30 to help prepare.
Once you register we will send you a signup for a one-hour time slot. You will be sent instructions on how to prepare for the audition.

Rehearsals begin August 26th with a practice for audtions.
Mandatory production week rehearsals Oct 4-7
Most rehearsals are Mondays 4-6 and Thursdays 3:45-5:45.
Some roles called on Wednesdays from 3:30-5:30 plus a couple Fridays.
An email will be sent at the beginning of each week with specific call times for each student

The performances will be:
Friday, Oct. 10th at 7pm (call at 5:00)
Saturday, Oct. 11th at 7pm (call at 5:30)
Sunday, Oct. 12th at 3pm (call at 1:30pm)
