The original Godspell was the first major musical theatre offering from three-time Grammy and Academy Award-winner, Stephen Schwartz, and it took the world by storm. Boasting a score with chart-topping songs, Godspell JR. is a sensation that continues to touch audiences.
A group of disciples help Jesus Christ tell different parables by using a wide variety of games, storytelling techniques, and a hefty dose of comic timing. An eclectic blend of songs, ranging in style from pop to vaudeville are employed as the story of Jesus' life dances across the stage. Dissolving hauntingly into the Last Supper and the Crucifixion, Jesus' messages of kindness, tolerance, and love come vibrantly to life.

Auditions are Thursday, September 5th between 4:30-6:30pm. Once you register we will send you a signup for a one-hour time slot. You will be sent instructions on how to prepare for the audition.

Main rehearsals are on Mondays from 5:00-6:30 pm at Redeemer Church and Thursdays from 4:30-6:30 pm at the Christus Collegium. A detailed schedule will be given out at auditions.
Rehearsals start Monday, August 26th.
Mandatory production week rehearsals Oct 7,8,9, and 10.
An email will be sent at the beginning of each week with specific call times for each student
